Moonbeam Harvest for Clayton Early Learning is a casual outdoor walk-about at which guests enjoy small plate tastings of garden-to-table fare. The garden-fresh theme of the event originates from the Clayton focus on the importance of health and nutrition in their comprehensive approach to early childhood education. Moonbeam Harvest features a collection of local chefs, each creating an original recipe including a fresh produce ingredient that is grown on the Historic Clayton Campus. Adding to the festive atmosphere, guests at Moonbeam Harvest will enjoy a special appearance by basketball legend, Chauncey Billups. A Denver native who grew-up in the Park Hill neighborhood, Billups rose to sports stardom with career highlights that include an NBA Championship and MVP honors.
Historic Clayton Campus, 3801 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Denver, CO 80205
