Rise & Shine: Investigation finds Colorado school districts aren’t disclosing employee arrests to parents

Good morning and happy Wednesday.

But before bills can be introduced, state education officials are sending a series of suggestions to lawmakers on Dec. 1. Today we take a look at some of those recommendations, which were shared during an open State Board of Education meeting.
