All 10 candidates for the Indianapolis Public School Board on Thursday participated in a “Conversation on Education,” presented by Chalkbeat, WFYI and the Central Library. The discussion helped bring into view some of the dividing lines among the candidates and their positions on issues such as school choice, preschool and what is needed to help the lowest scoring IPS school improve.
