Rise & Shine: IPS is looking for feedback on new school start time plans

It seems like it became spring in Indianapolis overnight (I’m outright ignoring any winter-like forecasts that might be in play this weekend). In our office, the warm weather brought back memories of a question that could make or break a kid’s day, kindergarten and college alike: “Can we have class outside?”

The Chalkbeat Indiana team would like to strongly suggest that, if you’re in the power to do so, the answer be “Yes.”
