Revson Data Fellow at THE CITY, where she reported on the New York City primary election and campaign finance and published a first-of-its-kind enterprise investigation into lead contamination in NYC tap water.

NYC public school attendance dipped to 63% Tuesday after a record snow storm. Mayor Mamdani said remote learning was off the table because of device access issues after midwinter break.

After years of families complaining about overcrowding, Queens High School for the Sciences will likely move in the fall. HBCU Early College Prep is also expected to get a new home.

Four years after the city announced the 65th Street child care center in the Upper East Side’s 10065 ZIP code, Mamdani said Thursday it will open 132 seats for pre-K and 3-K in the fall.
